Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between Standard, Professional and Enterprise?
Standard is a one-time payment with the complete live show: audio analysis, every visual, controllers, DMX and a separate control window for multi-monitor setups. Professional adds everything that connects DjMirror Pulse with the rest of your setup: Ableton Link, Timecode, Spout2 and NDI output and the MCP server. Enterprise adds several Spout2 and NDI outputs at once, for multi-screen and mapping setups, plus three remote assistance sessions a year.
Can I cancel the subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you already paid.
What happens if I stop renewing Enterprise?
You keep your license and every Enterprise feature, including multi-output. What ends is the service: the remote assistance sessions and the priority email support.
How do the Enterprise assistance sessions work?
Each Enterprise license includes 3 remote sessions a year, of up to 2 hours each, with our team: setting up a show, your rig, Spout2, NDI or DMX outputs, or your controller mappings. Book them at least 72 hours in advance. Unused sessions don’t carry over to the next year. Bug fixes never use up a session.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes. You can download DjMirror Pulse and try it free for 14 days, no credit card required. The trial includes everything in Standard so you can evaluate it before buying.
I already have a license. What do I get?
Your current activation key keeps working and unlocks the Professional edition. To get multi-output, upgrade to Enterprise.
How many devices can I install the license on?
Each license is for 1 device, in every edition. If you need to install it on a second machine, contact support – we can help you out.
Is VAT included in the price?
VAT and local taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your country. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.
Can I use DjMirror at commercial gigs and festivals?
Commercial use (clubs, festivals, paid events) is included in Professional and Enterprise. Standard covers personal, non-commercial use.
